RogueTech was consulted to prepare permitting and site engineering for the Royal Coffee Shop and Office Building in Medford. The scope included preparing the Site Plan Architectural Commission (SPAC) applicaton package and the site engineering civils including the site plan, utilities, grading, stormwater management plan, and erosion control design and sheets. We also provided drafting services for the coffee shop layout and interior fixtures. RogueTech coordinated with the project architect, landscape architect, geotechnical engineer, structural engineer, and prime contractor. Together, we developed a successful and now bustling commercial development near the Rogue Valley Airport providing a unique business opportunity for a food truck, professional offices, and coffee shop with drive through and outdoor seating/recreation area.
