The Oregon wildfires in the fall of 2020 destroyed all the structures on a landowner’s property on the McKenzie River. RogueTech was contracted to review and certify a retaining wall and foundation, a large deck system, and to prepare a flood elevation certification so the property owner could get County approval to rebuild. RogueTech obtained survey data from the property owner’s surveyor and worked with the County through their expedited fire rebuild process to help streamline approval. The project was submitted and approved within the County’s required fire rebuild approval timelines and the project is currently under construction.
